3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process VTU and bill-payment transactions, maintain wallets and virtual accounts, provide receipts and transaction history, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, send service and security notifications, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations and display advertising where enabled.
4. When information is shared
We may share only the information necessary to perform a requested service with service providers such as telecommunications and VTU providers, electricity and cable providers, payment gateways, banks and virtual-account providers, hosting and security providers, and Google services including Firebase, Google Play and Google Mobile Ads. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Google services and advertising
RichData uses Google services including Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play services, in-app updates, in-app review and Google Mobile Ads. These services may process device identifiers, diagnostics, notification tokens, app interaction or advertising information under their own terms and privacy policies. You can review Google privacy information at Google Privacy Policy.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards including HTTPS transport, protected authentication sessions, encrypted local token storage and access controls. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their passwords, devices and verification codes.

You may update certain account information through the service, control notification permissions through your device settings, choose whether to enable biometric app lock, and request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting support.
9. Children
RichData is not designed as a service directed to children. Users must have the legal capacity required to create and operate an account and to use any payment or financial feature made available through the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations or data practices change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page. Where a material change requires renewed acceptance, users may be asked to review the updated policy.
