1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RichData mobile application, Richmax Services website and related services. By creating an account, selecting the acceptance checkbox or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials and verification codes confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Services

RichData provides access to digital services that may include airtime, mobile data, cable television, electricity, education products, wallet funding, virtual accounts, API access and other services displayed in the app or website. Availability may depend on telecommunications networks, banks, payment gateways, billers and other third-party providers.

4. Prices, wallet funding and payments

Prices, fees, discounts and service availability may change. The amount displayed for confirmation at the time of purchase is the amount applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious technical errors. Wallet funding and virtual-account transactions may be subject to gateway or banking fees shown before or during funding.

5. Transactions

You are responsible for checking recipient phone numbers, smart-card numbers, meter numbers, plan selections and other purchase details before confirming a transaction. A transaction may remain processing while a provider completes or reconciles it. Do not repeatedly submit the same purchase when a transaction is still processing; use transaction status, requery, support or dispute tools instead.

6. Refunds and reversals

Failed or reversed transactions are handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy and provider confirmation. A transaction that a provider has successfully delivered may not be refundable merely because incorrect recipient or subscriber details were supplied by the user. Where a transaction requires investigation, completion or refund may depend on confirmation from the relevant provider or payment partner.

7. Virtual accounts and KYC

Virtual-account or reserved-account services may require identity or KYC information requested by the relevant banking or payment provider. You must provide accurate information and may not use an account for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

8. Developer API

If API access is approved for your account, API keys and credentials are confidential. You must secure them, comply with published limits and permissions and must not expose credentials in public code, applications or repositories. We may rotate, revoke, restrict or suspend API credentials to protect the platform or users.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use RichData for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls, interference with the service, unlawful transactions or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may restrict or suspend accounts reasonably believed to present security, fraud, legal or operational risk.

10. Third-party services

Some transactions are performed through third-party networks, providers, banks, billers and Google services. Their outages, maintenance, response times and eligibility rules may affect service delivery. Richmax Services will use reasonable efforts to process and reconcile transactions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

11. Notifications, reviews and advertising

The app may send account, transaction, security, support and service notifications when you permit notifications. It may request a Google Play review and may display advertising through Google Mobile Ads. Advertising does not determine transaction routing or account decisions.

12. Intellectual property

The RichData application, branding, software, interfaces and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse protected software or branding except where expressly permitted by law or a separate written agreement.

13. Limitation and service responsibility

We will use reasonable care in operating the service, safeguarding accounts and resolving supported transaction issues. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect information supplied by a user, unauthorized disclosure of credentials by a user, failures outside our reasonable control or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigation or protection of the service. Users may request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the account-deletion page.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when features, laws or operating requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Material changes may require users to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected services.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Questions may be sent to info@richmaxservices.com or through the support options in RichData.
